Can I buy tickets on the gate?

This is expected to be a busy event, therefore booking in advance is recommended to avoid disappointment. Please click HERE to book your tickets.

Is there parking onsite?

There is an on-site car park, please book your parking space when you book your ticket. There is disabled parking next to the main entrance, however there are limited spaces. 

Is there disabled access?

Yes, but it is a grass field, so please bear in mind the terrain will be uneven in places. Separate disabled toilets will be available onsite. There is disabled parking available, but spaces are limited.

What can I bring to the event?

The food festival is outdoors, so please take the weather into consideration before arriving. We will be providing some undercover areas for eating and drinking. You are allowed to bring a few camping chairs/picnic blankets to sit on if you’d like, but please do not bring gazebos or tents, as it may cause an obstruction. You are not allowed to bring your own food and drink inside the event with you. Please bring some cash with you, just in case some of the traders do not accept card payments.

Can I bring food and drink to the event?

You are not permitted to bring your own food and drink to the festival, bag searches will take place. There will be plenty of drink, food and dietary options for you to sample throughout the day. If you require specific specialist food/drink for personal dietary requirements, then you will be allowed to bring it in.

Is there seating or do I sit on the grass?

There will be limited seating provided, but you are permitted to bring blankets, and camping chairs to sit on.

Are gazebos allowed?

Unfortunately, we are unable to allow gazebos at this event as it would block the view of other audience members and restrict space.

Do I need a ticket for every member of my party?

Every person over 5 years old will need to purchase a ticket. Under 5s are free.

Is the festival child-friendly?

Yes, there’s something for all the family to enjoy. Under 5s do not need to purchase a ticket.

Are dogs allowed to the event?

Yes of course! But only well-behaved dogs and they MUST be kept on leads at ALL TIMES.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking on site is allowed, please do not smoke under any marquee tents, or undercover areas.

What happens if it rains?

The shows will take place no matter what the weather.

Is there camping onsite?

No, there is no camping onsite.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

Under 16s will need to be accompanied by an adult. You will require a form of ID to purchase alcohol if you look under 25.

I haven’t received a booking confirmation?

If you haven’t received your booking confirmation for your free ticket, the most common reason is that you have typed in your email address incorrectly on your order. All booking confirmations are sent to the Ticket Buyer’s email address. Please contact info@uptonhousefoodfestival.com and we will resolve the issue as quick as possible.

Can I update my registration information?

Yes, you can update the information on your order (like name, email address, or answers to the organiser’s questions) by clicking your order on the Tickets page.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No, tickets can be downloaded onto any smartphone using the Ticket tailor App, alternatively you can show us your ticket via your confirmation email. Tickets can be printed out if you do not have a smartphone.
