We want to give you the most enjoyable festival experience we can, and therefore the final precautions taken will depend on the Government advice and risk-levels at the time of the event.

Making sure you feel safe and comfortable at our top priority and our COVID safety procedures are certified as ‘Good to Go’ by Visit Britain.

We have divided the festival into two sessions per day, this will help us control the event capacity and keep the event safe.

Masks and PPE

All event staff will be required to wear PPE throughout the duration of the event. This includes security staff, bar staff and our event management team.

During the event, for your own and others safety, you must wear a mask when:

  • Queuing for or at the bars or food traders.
  • Queuing for the toilet.

We have provided adequate space for our food and drink traders, a queue management system at the bars and toilet, and additional seating areas.

Cleanliness and hygiene

There will be sanitiser stations in specific areas surrounding the festival site. We will be diligent with disinfecting and servicing of seating areas and toilets throughout the festival. Our event team, including all bar staff will clean surfaces, payment systems and we have encouraged our food traders to do the same.
